Nucleus Coffee Tools is heading north this July, with the LINK sample roaster set to make its Swedish debut across a series of curated events hosted by Nordic Brew Lab.
From live roasting and guided tastings to exploratory bar takeovers, the Sweden Roast Tour will take place from July 22-24, and offers a hands-on introduction to the LINK and other Nucleus Coffee Tools products — including the NCD Pulse, Paragon and Paragon Espresso.
Each event will be co-hosted by Nucleus Coffee Tools Director, Sam Corra and Marketing and Events Manager, Jordan Montgomery, and will take place at Nordic Brew Lab’s Stockholm and Malmö venues. Together with the Nordic Brew Lab team, they will showcase how tools like the LINK can help roasters, competitors, and baristas push the boundaries of quality and expression.

The tour will include an invitation-only LINK launch in Stockholm, two presentations on using the roaster in competition and professional settings (Stockholm and Malmö), and a “Green to Cup” interactive service takeover in Malmö.

Guests will be among the first in Sweden to experience the LINK roaster in action. Sam and Jordan will lead an exclusive demonstration of the LINK’s algorithmic profiling and real-time roast adjustments, followed by tastings and open discussion. This session is designed primarily for Nordic Brew Lab’s wholesale partners, but expressions of interest are welcome.

‘Green to Cup’ bar takeover – Malmö

Inspired by a bespoke cocktail bar, Green to Cup is a one-day bar takeover that brings the full spectrum of coffee preparation into one immersive experience.
Guests will choose from a curated list of specialty green coffees, roasted to order on the LINK, then brewed to spec using tools like the Paragon Espresso and NCD Pulse. Along the way, baristas will guide guests through the roasting and brewing decisions that shaped each cup. Any leftover coffee will be packed up and gifted to attendees.
