The Nucleus Coffee Tools and Harvestbelt teams will be attending and exhibiting World of Coffee Dubai 2024, sharing a range of coffees, innovations and interactive experiences for all attendees and guests to the show.

Since its inception several years ago, the Dubai iteration of the World of Coffee exhibition has grown to become one of the most renowned coffee shows of the Middle East. In 2024, the event looks to be bigger and better than ever before, with visitors and attendees from all corners of the globe descending upon the city in late January.

Over three days, the Nucleus Coffee Tools and Harvestbelt teams will host a number of renowned coffee producers for roasting and brewing sessions, offer guided opportunities to roast coffee yourself, and provide comprehensive demonstrations in coffee innovation from green bean to cup.

During Meet the Producer sessions, comprised of least two sessions daily, various world-class coffee producers will present their farms, ethos and coffees, including a roasting and brewing session using the Nucleus Link roaster. Over 25 to 30-minutes, this express seed-to-cup experience.  In this experience, the people will walk visitors through the full journey of the producer’s perspective of farming green coffee, as well as roasting, brewing, and tasting.

For each Meet the Producer session, we have two different coffees to showcase, varying in variety, processing method and region.

During least two sessions daily, various world-class coffee producers will present their farms, ethos and coffees, including a roasting and brewing session using the Nucleus Link roaster.

Throughout the World of Coffee Dubai show, the Nucleus Coffee Tools and Harvest teams will also be offering YouRoast sessions, during which they can roast coffee themselves.

The YouRoast sessions offer attendees and visitors the opportunity to select and roast coffee themselves, using the Link roaster and green coffee provided by Harvestbelt.
In between the Meet the Producer sessions, attendees are welcome to come to the booth to select one of the green coffees, and to be guided through the steps to take that coffee from green bean to professional quality roast with the touch of a button.

Attendees will first selected 80g of green coffee, then select which roast style they’d prefer for the coffee to be roasted for. Using the Link app and profiling algorithm, as well as density measurements using the Link density tube, all visitors will be able to roast their own coffee – with no prior roasting experience required.

At the end of the roast, they will be given the coffee to take with them. If preferred, the coffee will also be able to be brewed by the Nucleus Coffee Tools or Harvestbelt team, right after roast.
