Setting up

100mm (W) x 120mm (L) x 180mm (H)

How-tos

Charge your device via the usb charging port located on the rear of the temperature sensor head.
Operating like most laptops, Compass can be turned on and used as soon as it has been plugged into the charger, even when the battery level is low.
A full charge cycle will last between 4-6 hours of continuous use.

Simple in design, cycle between on and off with one long-press. Once the device is on, toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit with one short-press of the button.

We recommend gentle wiping to keep all surfaces clean. Avoid using harsh chemicals or hot water to minismise surface damage. The sensor head is not waterproof – do not submerge it in water.

Troubleshooting

Plugging in the charging cable too firmly can dislodge the internal charging mechanism, resulting in no charge. To fix, remove the charging cable, support the screen from the front, then plug the charger in from the back. Be careful not to scratch or damage the screen.

To remove the temperature head from the stand, simply unscrew the tightening screw all the way. Be careful not to drop, damage or submerge the head in water.

Dirt, dust or coffee may become stuck in front of the lens located underneath the temperature sensor. This will cause interference, reducing the temperature accuracy. Visually inspect the lens and if dirt is present, carefully wipe clean using a soft cloth or cotton bud.
