How-tos
Loosen the screw on the upright section. You can now adjust the platform height. Tighten the screw to secure your desired position.
STEM does not need to be disassembled before cleaning. Use a damp cloth and mild cleaning agent to wipe down surfaces. Avoid excessive heat and chemical exposure as this can fade or remove surface coating.
Troubleshooting
Heavier, taller cups can cause STEM to fall over. To secure, gently stick your STEM onto your scales using our adhesive tabs supplied, or a gentle adhesive option such as blue tack. We do not recommend a strong adhesive such as super-glue as this may damage your scales.
